Be A Scam Stopper

Sep 1, 2022

In the U.S. in 2021, more than 92,000 seniors were victims of fraud. These frauds happen over the phone, through text, by email and even on social media. Scammers will do and say whatever it takes to get your information, even pretending to be a friend, family member or the government claiming you owe money. Be cautious of who you are talking to and sharing personal information with. NEVER share personal information online! If you believe you are a victim of fraud, call your local sheriff’s office to report it.
