This pink dogwood tree was planted at the Blountville Justice Center in spring 2014 to honor the memory of Noreen Cruff.  Noreen was a much-loved and respected employee of the Sullivan County District Attorney’s Office from 1973 to 2014, and she served under all three of our elected District Attorneys.
